Ambury sells fragrances inspired by well-known scents. Our products are original formulations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the designer houses or brands referenced in our marketing or product descriptions. Any references to other brands are made solely for comparison purposes.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on our Services, including our logo, product names, packaging design, photography, and website content, is the property of Ambury and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to our systems, using our Services for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the proper functioning of our website.

Our fragrances are for external use only. Please review ingredient and allergen information on the product packaging before use, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Our Services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. This section does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
