We want you to love your ambury fragrance. If something's not right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Free return shipping included. To request an exchange or return, please contact us here.

Opened & Unopened Bottles

Whether your bottle is opened or unopened, you're eligible for an exchange or full refund to your original payment method. 

You can spray maximum 15 sprays in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Simply contact us here and we'll arrange a free shipping label for you to process your exchange or return.

One Exchange Per Order

Each order is eligible for one exchange. If you exchange a fragrance and decide the new scent isn't right either, that item is no longer eligible for a further exchange or refund.

This applies per item: if you ordered two fragrances and exchange both, each of those two items has now used its one exchange.

Return Shipping

Free return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us here with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange, store credit, or refund (the choice is yours).
